Amy Ferguson Edwards photograph albums circa 1896-1902

Collection contains two photograph albums and many loose photographs, largely cyanotypes. They primarily document student life at Stanford during both Amy and Agnes Ferguson's years on campus, ca. 1896-1902, and include images of students on campus, Escondita Cottage and other university buildings, fraternity houses, and student athletics (football, baseball, and golf). Images of note include a horse cab on University Avenue, Palo Alto; David S. Jordan at a cornerstone laying (probably the 1898 library); Encina dining hall; and the teaching skeleton in a dress.
